Ever wonder about the actual science behind your zodiac sign? On Saturday, April 12 at 10:30am, Rex Herndon will present “The Astronomy Behind the Signs of the Zodiac” at Winfield Public Library.

Pack a lunch, invite a friend, and join the discussion! The selected talk this month is “The problem of light pollution – and 5 ridiculously easy ways to fix it” by astrophysicist and writer Kelsey Johnson.

We are thrilled to have special guests visiting us- therapy dogs who love to listen to you read.

Learn features and functions of your smartphone or tablet/ipad. We will explore both Android and Apple iOS devices, covering how to navigate your device, common apps, and the power of your Device Settings.

Youth, grades 3-7, have an opportunity to tackle the Winfield Public Library’s 2025 Reading Challenge together!  April's challenge is to read "a book written in verse or poetry."  We're reading I'm Just No Good at Rhyming and

The Winfield Public Library board meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 4:00 pm.

Meetings are open to the public.
