Develop a love for books throughout their earliest years!  These fun early literacy classes spark a love for books and help develop the 6 important skills children must have before they can learn to read.

KID LIT! STORY TIMES, ages 3-6

Join us as we celebrate the opening of the 8-panel traveling exhibit from the League of Women Voters Kansas that traces some of the historic Kansas women and events that led to the passing of the 19th Amendment.  Celebrating the Centennia

Our youth book club is tackling Winfield Public Library’s 2020 Reading Challenge together!
For January, we’re reading a book set in Kansas, Grasslands by Debra Seely.
Books are distributed at book club meetings.

For September's challenge, we’re reading a book written by a Hispanic author, Merci Suarez Changes Gears by Meg Medina.

The library's Youth Book Club is tackling WPL's 2020 Reading Challenge together. For January's challenge, "a book set in Kansas," the group is reading Grasslands by Debra Seely.

All teens are welcome to teen nights. Join us for a relaxed night playing your choice from a variety of fun and interesting games. It's YOUR library!  Ages 12+
