Winfield native and enthusiast Gloria (Gordon) Ulbrich will present on the early history of Winfield at the March Friends of WPL meeting.  All are welcome to attend this free presentation, which will also include highlights of upcoming events celebrating Winfield's 150th Sesquicentennial celebrations.
