Winfield Public Library

The Community Meeting Room is the largest meeting room available. There is no charge to use the room. The room may only be used by nonprofits, educational groups, community organizations, and government agencies; requests by individuals or businesses cannot be approved. Its seating capacity is 93 people. Tables and chairs are available.  A warming kitchen is attached.

Equipment

The Community Room includes a mounted projector, 2 projector screens, a speaker system, and 2 whiteboards.  A laptop is available on request.  If you wish to use any of the AV/computer equipment you need to make arrangements to meet with Library staff for instructional use of the equipment prior to the day the room/equipment is reserved. 620-221-4470.

Seating

There are 12 rectangular tables and 95 chairs available for use in the Community Room.  Groups are responsible for setting up/taking down tables and chairs. 

On narrow displays, the weekly room calendar is wider than the screen. You can side-scroll within this table to view room availability for the whole week.
