School's out and we're having a FUN HUB SPECIAL! The Winfield Rec, Winfield Arts and Humanities, Cowley County Historical Museum, the Marquee, K-State Research and Extension of Cowley County, and the Winfield Public Library have an afternoon packed with hands-on activities.
