Insight Timer is a popular app with guided meditations that help you practice mindfulness to promote better sleep and relaxation. During this hands-on workshop, you’ll sign up for an account on Insight Timer and tailor guided meditations to your mental health goals. You’ll also learn about the app’s meditative sleep aids and how to connect with others who have similar goals in the Insight Timer Community.
