Winfield Public Library’s winter craft kit for adults will be available beginning Wednesday, December 4. The kits include supplies and instructions to make two paper bag snowflakes. Adults interested in taking home a kit should have a Winfield Public Library card on file. Library cards are free for area residents and can be obtained at the time of pickup.
