Description

An exhibit of paintings by Grace Raymond, who resided in Winfield from 1879 until her death in 1967, will be on display at the Winfield Public Library from March 9th through April 19th.  Along with other Raymond paintings included in the USD 465 historic art collection, this exhibit will highlight ten Raymond watercolors recently donated by Brad Leftwich, in memory of his grandmother, Maud Deiterich. Deiterich was a close friend of Raymond for many years. During the opening reception, Katrina Tamsen will portray Grace Raymond and provide a first-person account of her life and work.
