All are welcome! Join us in 2020 as we celebrate award-winning books! Piecing Me Together, winner of the Coretta Scott King Book Award, tells the story of Jade as she tries to find her place. The Coretta Scott King Book Awards are given annually to outstanding African American authors and illustrators of books for children and young adults that demonstrate an appreciation of African American culture and universal human values.
